Working closely with the Director, you will coach and mentor a team of educators in their work with children and families, build team capability, and develop your business administration skills to contribute proactively to the Centre's performance across all targets. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, governance and compliance, educational leadership, and programming support, while upholding the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations, the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard, and the Service's philosophy, goals, policies and procedures.
