Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is a key one within the organisation.The role involves delivering on workforce planning, recruitment, policy refinement, and performance management frameworks. Additionally, it is responsible for developing and delivering our Learning & Development program and maintaining our Learning Management System.  An understanding of the industrial relations legislation (Award and Act) is a key requirement.  The position works with Corporate Services to administer payroll, so experience in this area is crucial.On the safety front, the role acts as a mentor the WHS team, manage safety systems, and ensure the implementation of safety management plans. Current Police Clearance

Current unrestricted class driver’s licence

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar field

Desirable:
