Training and Development Officer

Cloncurry Shire Council is seeking a motivated and capable Training and Development Officer to coordinate and support the delivery of workforce training and development across the organisation, ensuring compliance capability uplift, and effective training outcomes.About the RoleReporting to the Manager Human Resources & Safety, this position plays a key role in supporting Council's workforce capability by coordinating training activities across the employee Lifecyle.
